Final Trailer: “Project Hail Mary”

Amazon MGM Studios has released the final trailer for “Project Hail Mary,” a film adaptation of the novel of the same name by “The Martian” author Andy Weir.

Drew Goddard returns as screenwriter for this project, which is being produced and directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who helmed “The LEGO Movie” and have creatively steered the “Spider-Verse” franchise.

In “Project Hail Mary,” Ryan Gosling stars as astronaut Ryland Grace who awakens on a spacecraft with no memory of himself or his mission.

He slowly deduces he is the sole survivor of a crew sent to the Tau Ceti solar system in search of a solution to a catastrophic event on Earth.

In his search for answers, Grace must rely on his vast array of scientific knowledge, sheer ingenuity, and human will – but he may not have to search alone.

The first trailer was the biggest trailer launch in Amazon MGM Studios’ history back in July. Sandra Hüller and Milana Vayntrub co-star in the film.

“Project Hail Mary” is set to open in cinemas on March 20th 2026.
